This guide will help you evaluate multiple tools against the key features required in a BI Portal solution.

Each tab represents a critical functional group, and contains features excepted of a BI Portal.

Certain features are “must haves” and you should seriously consider eliminating products from your evaluation that don’t support them. Other features are “nice to have” but could be considered critical based on the use cases that you are trying to solve. Check any additional “must have” features before you start your evaluation.

Below is a summary of results for each of the tools you are selecting. The percentages represent the percentage of features that each tool supports. The red shading represents tools that are missing features that are deemed “must haves” to the solution.
